Seems like it would be kind of silly to bring those pokemon over as that means that their moves, abilities and evolution methods would all have to be transfered over.

Well we could change their abilities and movelist pretty easily. And the evolution methods wouldn't be TOO hard to implement except for maybe Glaceon, Leafeon, Magnezone, and Probopass, because they evolve in locations that don't exist in this game. I'm sure we can figure some way around it though...

We could maybe have someone in Cybertech town give you respectful items for Magnezone and Probopass after you do him two favors. Say he wants to see a Nosepass and a Magneton because he's intrigued by their electrical field. He'll then give you an item that works like a Stone for them to evolve.

The items would replace some similar ones we have on the list. The Ablatives could be shared by some of the new pokemon in the game, and the locations is the easy part. How hard is it to stick a couple of rocks and a magnetic field in pre existing locations?
Edit: Genghoul are we really going to try a hack? People seem to get more done with fan engines and stuff. Hacks just bug up, don't give much flexibility with out a major chance of becoming unstable and they have limitation.

Very true, but all games in RPG Maker seem generic and similar when they use the starter kit and don't have an experienced programmer that can make it unique. Because really...there's nothing unique or special about this game, it's just another fan game with new pokemon and a new region.

Except it will be the best fan game! Hah, well yeah. As Empires said, we dont want something that would bug up on us.

I'm not sure if my vote counts at this point, but I vote no because this is already a huge project, so at this point we don't want to add to the complexity. Let's stick to Pokemon No. 1 through 386 plus the Pokemon new to Syphus.

If we do can we have scizor and scyther they are my favorite pokemon im working on a mix scizther but it still needs work. Also hacking is alot easier when you know how to do it right I have modded my pokemon crystal and pokemon leaf green it took me a while to figure out how to do it right but really not that hard. Now of course diamond was my greatest hack but it to like a month to make it work right I am currently hacking a pokemon white it is twice as hard as diamond seeing as there are alot more pokemon in it. I also can try to get you the sprites from all pokemon games but that will take a long time. Best guess you could use www.spriters-resource.com/ds/P.html that's where I get my sprites I edit and put in the hacking the right sprite out so you replace the sprite with out gliching is the hard part but of course you just want them out so I will get to work on it. Sorry for the long run on sentence.

It's too troublesome. The GBA games already provide us with a great selection of Pokemon and moves. Add with our new Pokemon and moves and a grand game is in the works.
