Shadow Slap Power- 60 PP- 20 Type- Dark Accuracy- --- Effect- A weak dark slap that never misses.
Multiblock Power- --- PP- 10 type- Normal Accuracy- 90 Effect- Doesn't let opponets use 2-turn moves like Fly, or Dig, for 2-5 turns.

For shadow slap how about you make the PP 20 and the power 60 so it matches that of Aerial Ace. And lol remember harris? "No shadow slap sounds stupid make it fist of shadows!"

shadow smite power:20 pp:5 type:dark accuacy:100 effect:silently loaths the enemy for 2 turns. when attacked in those two turns the power of the enemys attack is added. on the 3rd turn it realise's its hatred in an attack at blinding spped.it will always hit first.

So let me get this straight; you don't attack for two turns and your enemy does, and the base power of the attacks it uses is added to your move's base power.
So for example, if the enemy used earthquake twice, then shadow smite's base power would be 220, because if that's the case this is A FRCKIN AWESOME IDEA!!! It's like a super powered up version of Bide that doesn't suck!

Way too powerful and the name is too long, and STOP DOUBLE POSTING, if you were really sorry about it then you wouldn't do it.
How about...
Soul Strike Power: 140 PP:5 Type: Dark Accuracy: 90 Effect: Summons spirits on the first turn that has a 20% chance of flinching the foe. Attacks the foe on the second turn with a 20% chance of Paralysis.

Snow Shard Power: -- PP: 20 Type: Ice Accuracy: -- Effect: Lays out a blanket of freezing snow. When first used it has a 10% chance of freezing opponent when they are sent out. This is rased to 20% upon the second layer being added. It is canceled when the opponent sends out a fire type or uses a fire type move.
Aftershock Power: 60 PP: 15 Type: Ground Accuracy: 80 Effect: Always goes last. If an opponent or ally used a ground type move, then this move has 130 power.

megaton slam power:145 pp:10 type:dragon accuaracy:75 effect:the user slams into the foe with enough force to shatter diamond. hits heavy recoil, but may paralyse the foe.
void claw power:85 pp:20 type:dark accuaracy:_ effect:the user opens up a void and strikes into it.at the same time the other end of the void opens up in front of the foes face. this attack never misses

Both of them, I like the ideas but they're too strong. How about:
Void Claw Power: 85 PP: 20 Type: Ghost Accuracy: -- Effect: The user claws into a void that opens up in front of the foe. Never misses.
Megaton Smash Power: 120 PP: 15 Type: Dragon Accuracy: 100 Effect: Slams the foe with enough force to shatter a diamond. User takes recoil damage.
And try harder to use correct spelling (Accuracy) and grammer please.

crucial swipe power:90 pp:10 type:fight accuaracy:95 effect:the user desperatly swipes the oponent to try and fatally injure them. may paralyse the foe.
mortal smash power:120 pp:5 type:fight accuaracy:_ effect: the user draws up all its energy and lets it loose in a shattering blow that would mortally wound most pokemon.this attack cant miss.
razor swipe power:95 pp:15 type:steel accuaracy:90 effect:the user slashes the foe with claws sharper than diamond. this attack has a high critacal hit ratio.
ultimate claw power:130 pp:5 type:dragon accuaracy:80 effect:the user draws in power from time and space, then strikes with lighting spped and enough force to tear the fabric of the universe.this attack always hits first.
baby paw power:35 pp:30 type:normal accuaracy:100 effect:the user paws the foe vicously to try and hurt them.
fog of decay power:10 pp:30 type:ghost accuaracy:100 effect:the user unleashes a stink that smells of thousands of dead,rotting bodys.may make foe flinch.alsow lowers there attack and defense
physic onslaught power:150 pp:5 type:physic accuaracy:70 effect:the user violently starts to rips the foes mind apart in a dimension-crushing attack.this hits titanical recoil on the user.
warp hole power:_ pp:5 type:dragon accuaracy:30 effect:the user attempts to open up a portal to an alternate universe and banish the foe there.if it hits, this attack will make the foe faint.

Emperyan- PP- 12 Atk- 60-90
- Pokemon gains significant ATK Power then releases it into a form of a powerul deity which causes damage. 50% chance of Burn, Poison or Frost,
Entity Wave (RARE ATTK) PP- 3 DMG- 250 - Lowers all STATS for 3 Turns but does a massive blast of energy on your opponent.
Blight (Poison Types only) - PP 4 DMG 100
- Poison opponent but do good amount of damage
Dextera-
PP- 5
-Highly increases SPD and SP. DEF for 3 Turns.
P.S. On my next post, I will put up more powerful TM's.
Cataclysm-
PP- 6 DMG- 120
- A Rush of energy flows through the Pokemon and is released in a huge blast of Rock Element Waves.
- Resplendence PP- 8 Heals 40% of health. Has 30% Chance of working.
Vigor- (Fighting Type Only) PP- 5 DMG- 15 each hit - A 10-Hit combo which deals serious damage which may result in fear.
Shatterheart (Ghost move) PP- 5 DMG- 100-170 - Take 20% of life to deal massive damage to your opponent.
Elemental Fate PP- 5 DMG- 120-200 - Use all elements (except what the opponents element is) on your opponent resulting in every sort of side affect.
Diligence PP- 1
- ATK, SPD, DEF increase massively for the whole battle.

Read the Rules, do not create multiple posts. You could have easily put this all in one post. Since you are a new member, I'll let you off this time but next time you will be given a warning.
As for the attacks, many of them don't make much sense. First off, PP numbers are always 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, or 40 (with the exception of Sketch). And a lot of the attacks have too much power, but I think some of these could be worked with.

Now that I understand. I have some more:
Fulmination (Psychic/Ghost/Dark Types Only) PP: 15 DMG: -- ACC: 50 - Increases Attack for a significant amount of SP. Atk Loss for 2 Turns
Impendent (All Types) PP: 5 DMG: 70-120 ACC: 85 - A 2-hit attack that leaves the opponent in state of Fear.
Ruin (Fighting) PP: 25 DMG: 50 AC: 100 - Damage depends on opponents defense. The higher the defense, the stronger the attack.
Fire Storm (Fire/ Dragon) PP: 15 DMG:20 per hit ACC: 99 - 3-Hit attack which leaves opponent burned.
I'll repost all of my old attack to make them more er-- Realistic.
Empyrean (All Types) PP: 20 DMG: 50-80 ACC:75 - Pokemon releases a significant amount of energy, then releases it in the form of a massive explosion.
Entity Wave (Dragon) PP:5 DMG: 100-150 ACC: 20 - Releases a giant blast of energy in forms of large waves.
Blight (Poison Type, Normal Type) PP:5 DMG: -- ACC:80 Fuses Atk with SP. Atk to drown an opponent in poison for 3 turns. Depends of Pokemon's SP.Atk.
Dextera (All Types) PP: 5 Chance of Working: 50% DMG:--
- Increases ATK, SPD and DEF for 3 Turns.
Cataclysm (Fighting/Dragon/Fire/ Rock) PP: 5 ACC: 50 DMG: 90-120
- A powerful blast of rock waves are released onto the opponent for serious damage.
Resplendence (All except Ghost Type)
PP: 10 Chance of working: 20% DMG: -- - Heals 20% of total health.
Vigor (Fighting-Type) PP: 15 ACC:100 DMG: 10 per hit - A powerful 10-Hit attack that leaves the opponent in paralysis.
ShatterHeart (Ice/ Ghost/ Steel) PP: 5 ACC: 95 DMG: 120 - This attack depends on your opponent, meaning, if you were ice type and you were fighting another ice type, then this move will do 1.5 X more damage against your own kind. Pokemon Builds up large mass of Gases. forms them into a massive pillar on opponent, then Breaks the pillar in half.
Element X (All Types) PP: 10 ACC: 10 DMG: 170-220 - This attack will have a higher chance of working if the opponents attack has lower accuracy. Fuses all elements together to make a giant abyss which sucks the opponent into dealing severe damage which sould result in Paralysis or Freeze.
Dillgence (All Types) PP: 5 DMG: -- - Boosts up defense 2 times higher for 1 turn. This move is mainly used for taking in powerful attacks, but only getting 1/4 amount of damage.
Mete Judgement PP: 5 ACC: 100 DMG: 150 - Large meteors smash into opponent dealing instant burn and fear.
Doom Cannon (Cyber) PP: 5 ACC: 70 DMG: 200 - A Massive blast of light seeps into the opponent causing large explosions.

For Cyber Types:

Trojan DMG:100-120 PP:5 ACC: 60 - Insert the Trojan Horse Virus into an opponent causing instant paralysis and serious damage. Does 2x more damage to electric types.
Lectric Surge DMG: -- PP: 30 ACC: 100 - Lower opponents Attk. by just a little.
Dynasty Blow DMG: 200 PP:5 ACC: 50 - A massive blast of nuclear energy.
Mass Effect DMG: -- PP: 10 ACC: 100 - Immmune to Paralysis, Burn, Curse, Fear for 3 turns

Came up with 2 Attks:
Charger (Electric) ATK: -- ACC: 100 PP: 25
- Increases Electric-type moves potency for one turn.
Ward (Normal) ATK: -- ACC: 100 PP: 15 - Defense increased for a short amount of time. While this skill is intact, pokemon is immune to its defense being lowered.
