Q. Will any old Pokémon be changed to the Wind type? A. No
Q. Will any old attacks be changed to the Wind type? A. Yes, these moves are Razor Wind, Whirlwind, Gust, and Air Cutter.
Q. What are the Wind type's weaknesses and strengths on the type chart? A.
Deals 2x Damage to: - Bug - Flying - Ghost - Grass - Ground - Fire
Deals 1x Damage to: - Dragon - Electric - Fighting - Normal - Psychic - Poison - Rock - Water - Wind
Deals .5x Damage to: - Dark - Ice - Steel - Rock
Receives 2x Damage from: - Fire - Ice - Electric - Rock
Receives 1x Damage from: - Dragon - Fighting - Normal - Psychic - Poison - Rock - Water - Wind - Flying - Ghost
Receives .5x Damage from: - Bug - Grass - Ground
Q. What are the new Wind type Pokémon? A. So far, the new Wind type Pokémon we have are Ordont, Retswit, Resterom, Dandrose, Danibreeze, Atosphere, Snoudig, and Inflike. There is also one hidden legendary that is a Wind Type.

But to answer your question, it boosts the strength of Dark and Ghost types, and allows no charge for Lunarbeam.

there should be more flying type attacks added because they have lost a lot of attacks to the wind type.
